Fees and Insurance
I am an In-Network Provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice Preferred PPO. With other insurance plans, appointments are considered 'Out of Network'. For Out of Network claims I am pleased to provide you with a detailed statement with all the necessary information to submit for claim reimbursement. To inquire about specific fees and rates, please contact me.

If you plan to use out-of-network insurance benefits, I can provide you with a "superbill" which provides all of the details that your insurance company will need to provide reimbursement. Before starting therapy, I recommend calling your insurance company to ask for details about what is covered under your benefits plan.

I believe that therapy should be accessible to all, so I reserve a limited number of sliding scale or pro bono spots on my calendar at all times. Please contact me to inquire about these services!
