About Me
I'm Christie Stiff (she/her/hers), and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and clinical supervisor. I specialize in working with children/teenagers, families, and individuals. I am passionate about helping people find more meaning and purpose in their lives, and cultivate deeper connections. I am comprehensively trained as a relationship therapist, and draw flexibly from DBT, RODBT, EMDR, and mindfulness practices to help my clients achieve change. My style of therapy involves collaboration, humor, psychoeducation, and somatic work. I am a culturally responsive and affirmative therapist, and I value working with people from diverse backgrounds and with diverse experiences.
